Love Doctor's here
I love my doctor but the woman that do the reception are horrible when it comes to respecting patients sitting in the waiting room they speak so loud like we are at a baseball game and need to have outside voices speaking on patients or xyz.. some of the things I’ve had to listen to in this office are crazy.. this company needs to invest in people that care about the company and the image they withhold
Mi esposo y yo nos atendemos hace casi 3 años en la clínica, estamos muy felices de recibir una excelente atención médica por el Dr Porras Polo que ya se trasladó. Pero ahora tenemos la Dra Hernandez que también es muy profesional y nos sentimos contentos con su servicio. La parte que menos se habla casi siempre es del personal que se ocupa de darte los turnos por teléfono, teniendo servicio en español, y que te recibe cuando llegas a la clínica, sin ellas es imposible atenderse. My husband was mistreated by a staff member in this facility. Elderly people should be respected not yelled at. Total disrespect.
