I went to Well Med on Staples The whole staff was really nice My nurse name was April she was “Awesome” I forgot the P A’s name she was caring and explained process very well I really appreciate all their care
This place cannot even call me back we had an appointment a week and 2 days ago. For an elderly man having breathing problems they sent us for an x-ray which we did go get done heard back from the radiology that it was awesome and totally clear so-called back up there four times now to WellMed I bought an oxygen sensor to see what his oxygen is reading and keeping track of it is a little low needing prescription to go get the portable oxygen unit for him have left four messages with the lady answering the phone explained eve... read more
This Welmed location must be very over crowded and under staffed. Not to mention the poor service of the front staff.
Not real happy it's the same thing over and over prescriptions had to wait a week on one and my cholesterol pills over a week ready to change to morgan welmed my daughter told me i should have went there in the first place.
