New Doctor Sherma that took dor Aroca place was not very cooperative or when she came in to see me she did not read my chart. Knew nothing about me. She can't prescribe controlled substance and drugs and it was like pulling teeth when I asked for extra strength ibuprofen. Not experienced enough to be a good medical doctor.
I’ve been going there since 1997 always had a good experience but in the last year to year and a half seemed had 4 different Dr’s or Pa’s in 5 visits seeing Dr Aroca twice the last PA came in didn’t smile ask me how I was or seem like she even wanted to be there now it’s hard to get someone on the phone in the lobby there’s hardly any patients there are they losing their patients do too poor performance.
This practice switches providers(DR., DO, Physicians Assist.), often. I've had 4 different providers here. My current one Dr. Aroca left now, and I had two appointments scheduled in March for my Wellness visit, which they automatically canceled, and asked me to reschedule with the new doctor or PA. Ridiculous!! Why the new doctor wouldn't keep my appointments is beyond me! Many other issues with this provider as well, it has been one thing after another, very stressful.
