Made a new patient appointment a couple weeks ago- gave all info at that time, showed up for appointment and was told I needed to pay a premium fee- called my insurance they said no you’re covered and called the office directly- spoke with the same front desk clerk and was told too bad, she can’t be seen and then hung up on the insurance rep- do the doctors know you’re losing patients before we can even get in??
