I've been trying to switch my mother over for the last several days. To be fair, it was delayed by the insurance. That said, the two staff members I've spoken to were cold, borderline rude and impatient. Three things that do not go along with patient care.
Kimberly Channels is very thorough, very familiar with my health issues, always friendly and always asks if there is anything I want to discuss with her. I would highly recommend her and this office to anyone seeking great primary care.
