I love Dr. Mavelian. She’s been my PCP since I moved up to DFW. Regardless of how far I move, I’m on the Dallas side and still drive to see her. I never had any issues with the Clearfork location, however this location is horrible. I don’t know why the staff (or maybe the process) is so different but ever since she’s moved to this location I haven’t been able to get my prescription filled on time. I can’t request it through the portal or the pharmacy and it can only be requested on the 30 day mark so I count on timeliness. C... read more
