Questions were direct and it made it quick to answer
Office/admin don’t know what they are doing. They don’t even listen to you they talk over you and don’t allow you to speak. Office gives the run around about everything and make up lies don’t waste your time going here. I wish I could give zero stars. It’s now been over two months and they still have not sent my PA request to the health plan with the needed documents. I am so fortunate to have found WellMed and NP Murray. She is very thorough in getting to the root of my problem and takes her time to understand what my needs are. I never feel rushed when speaking to her. The office staff and nurses are very kind and professional, as well. I’ve never had any complaints in the year that I’ve been seeing Ms Murray for my medical needs. She’s a super star NP!
This practice has been a blessing to our family. Desarea Murray and Dr Varghes treated both our elderly parents. They were professional and very compassionate! Highly recommended!
