You can’t get any appointment if you are sick. Horrible location and customer service.
I waited 3 weeks for an appointment after running out of meds. Over the phone the scheduler told me they could get me in and that they take my insurance. When I showed up, they don’t take my insurance and as I was filling out the large stack of paperwork, a different woman let me know they couldn’t even help me with the medication I needed. Be careful scheduling here, seems there’s lack of communication all around.
Had so many issues with this office. Changing appointments without calling, issue with staff being rude and unhelpful.
