I have been coming here for years and just found out they gutted the crew plus dumped me as a patient. This is sad and a joke

I brought my 7-year-old to be seen. He got treated very well; the wait was not long. Medication was sent right away to pharmacy with no issues. Will definitely bring him again if need it.

I took my grandmother here for a check up on some symptoms she was having as requested from her nurse. Everything went okay besides the younger gentleman at the front desk. He was a bit impatient and rude towards her for no reason at all. Seeing how alot of elderly folks are patients here, its dissapointing to see an employee treat them with disrespect when they are seeking care. I called the Lee Trevino office three weeks ago and gave them everything they needed as far as insurance and my medical emergency, they said they would call back and here I am still waiting. I ended going to the ER at Providence, my pain was intense, but I got the needed help. I am disappointed and don’t even trust them with my health care.
