Absolutely terrible service trying to get a bill straightened out. My insurance doesn’t cover preventative care so I wanted to self pay which caused a huge issue at the front desk. They forced me to bill through insurance. I’ve called many times trying to get assistance and am now getting charged the full price of a physical that would normally be charged to the insurance companies (so it’s much higher). Then told on the phone, that I was the one who asked it to be billed through insurance which is false. No one will help me... read more
Terrible. Its USMD 2.0 but worse. Had an appointment scheduled for 2pm. Showed up and checked in, after waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes I was told that someone actually rescheduled my appointment for 5pm with no explanation of why. Oh and they close at 5, jokes on me. I travel over an hour to see my doctor which i love but between the time off work and time to travel etc.. just not worth it anymore. Dont waste your time on a big practice like Wellmed because they dont value it and have no clue of what they are doing.
Not clear communication on what we supposed to do at check in. Been waiting for over 30 minutes and still have not been calling. We only visited here because of a Doctor we have been with.
This is a cattle call of medical facilities. Good luck getting prescriptions filled. You’ll be chasing them down past the point of having none left. Also, they don’t review test results with you or make recommendations for specialists. You have to research your own results to arrive at a possible conclusion to charter next steps, and tell them.
Called today and spoke with Grace. She was very accommodating and helped me get three referrals request and an appointment. Thank you Grace for your efficiency and kindness.
