Very bad experience 🤢🤢 Very disgusting costumer service and the front desk was not helpful Lady kept silent during the call and also kept on asking what insurance do I have she is bad at treating people with respect or professionalism. Do not recommend this place.
This is written on 2/17/2022. The WellMed Clinic in Ingleside closed some time ago. Yesterday I met my new PCP Dr. Robert Low in Aransas Pass. He is the real thing. A doctor who is thorough in examination, asks a zillion questions, and actually cares about his patients wellbeing. I thought all those doctors were a thing of the past. Thank goodness that is not the case. I give Dr. Low an A+.
Went for the Podiatrist that is there occasionally and they're super efficient!
Tried to call the office to speak with my Mothers Dr. since I have been appointed her medical executor. I was told that the Dr. will not speak to patients or anyone else over the phone. I live in a different State then her so it’s a little difficult to make an appointment to go into the office to speak to him. Also, I was told a nurse could call me but it might not be for a week as they are short staffed. I was very disappointed in their customer service and the lady who answered the phone was not friendly.
