WellMed laid off great physicians. We'll not go to any of their locations. Very concern with patient care.
No surprises. Pleasurable visit.
I can't believe they got rid of Dr. Barton! I have been seeing her for about 12 years. She is the best! I hope I can find out where she has gone and I will get rid of WellMed. Ever since they moved to the new location they have gone straight downhill. First the really good phlebotomist is gone and replaced with a completely inept person who couldn't hit the broad side of a barn when drawing blood. Now this. Fortunately we are moving soon and I won't have to put up with this crap much longer.
Appointment was at 730...was told via a phone message to be there at 715. Office did not open until 8. Someone arrived st 745. I called the number at 715..an answering service answered...no information Went in to patient portal...confirmed appointment was at 730. Tried the "contact us" feature.. the app went in to a loop...could not leave message. Went in to messages..tried to compose a message. No response from app. On the upside the medical assistant Brie is wonderful...sorry to hear she is leaving. Your loss. Might be tim... read more
The staff (Admin and Medical staff) are excellent always very attentive. The only thing we are requesting is that the t.v. in the waiting area be replaced with movies or Family channels to entertain us while we wait. Thank you
