They are the bomb
After several years of using this medical practice my husband and I will be looking for new providers. As I wait in an ER for care now I am writing this review. Unfortunately for the past 48 hours I have been having NVD. Yesterday I contacted WellMed for advice and was given an appointment for 10:30 this morning. I arrived in the office at 10:33 and was told I would have to be rescheduled because I was late. The staff here is awesome!!!! Leanna and Kaitlyn in the front t end go out of their way to help in any way they can to make sure all my needs are met.Kaitlyn always makes my visit fun and makes sure all is taken care of and done in a timely manner. Lavern and is sweet and professional and a joy to talk with, Cameron is quiet but professional and Sharon makes your visit to a Dr fun and not so nerve wracking!!! WellMed gutted the clinic, firing my doctor of over ten years. Now the NP keeps stringing me along, won't give me a new script, says they need to followup and followup and followup. Charging me for a full visit each time they call me back in.
The care I received is excellent.
