I’m finding that the lack of competence is increasing monthly with this office. Just like other patients complaining on this site about prescriptions that should be renewed and giving the office plenty of time to do so are still not refilled on time. This office cannot even respond to the pharmacy for a subscribers permission on a refill. It may be time to search for better healthcare than what Wellmed Of Naples offers.
UPDATED FOR JUNE 2026 I placed my order refile 2 weeks before the due date because I use the mail pharmacy which will allow time for shipping. Almost 3 weeks without my medicine finally it arrived 3 weeks late. I was so disappointed but they can't seem to get it right Doctor simply put a refill on my meds my insurance will send it when it's time.with NO. Delays. Not happy with them. Cancelled me twice within 3 weeks .. I loved my PA that left Erika .. but I will be looking for a new doctor. They change doctors a lot
