I don't know where you got this Dr. Shen he has the personality of a slug ,it took her other Dr. over a year to get her hormones where she was back to her old self and this man comes in and just tells her he's not giving her the medicine anymore and she'll have to just tough it out. They never even took her blood pressure and charged 400.00 for the visit. I'll take her to a Dr. that cares more about the patient than their own opinion. My husband had our first yearly check up with a new dr. It was with Dr SHEIN. He was really good. Took time with us went over everything in our files. We have used Wellmed & had 4 different doctors but Dr SHEIN showed us he cared about your health. None of the other Drs went over & explained it like he did thank you Dr SHEIN.
I've always had good visits with this office. The staff is courteous and the wait time has been minimal for me. The doctors here actually care and follow through with the plans they give. They have been quick about solving any problems that have come about. I'm happy with all of them, and that says a lot. It's not easy finding the perfect providers.
I wish there was an option for negative stars! They do not listen. They do not communicate. They are judgemental and cold. I have chronic pain from a severe injury and it took a year to get a referral to a pain management doctor!!! They had the nerve to tell me this month at my appointment that a year ago they had sent out a referral but I was never contacted! The re-sent the referral. The doctor they referred me to must be as terrible as Wellmed because I was unable to even get in touch with them. They did not answer their ... read more
