I went in for soreness and swelling caused by a cardio ablation. Saw Mr. Baker, a nurse practitioner. He shined a flashlight on the affected area from across the room and promptly diagnosed an infection. 2 days later on my surgical follow up they seemed concerned about the mass. They sent me for an ultrasound and determined I had blood build up, but not before I had to go to the ER. I wouldn't recommend Mr. Baker AT ALL. He seemed more interested in getting me in and out instead of investigating the issue.
Awesome staff. We love our NP and everyone we come in contact with.
I took my last review down by mistake. This is the BEST. CLINIC. EVER. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by Jessica who ran to get me fresh coffee before my appointment and often comes from behind the desk to escort wheelchair patients who do not have help. I see Dr. Bates, who personally calls patients to give test results and check on them. His Medical Assistant, Carrie, comes out to greet me as I'm sitting.
