Today 9/9, I called to reschedule an appointment with Dr West. My original appointment was for October 25. The soonest I could get a new appointment is November 22! Asked about an appointment with the PA and the soonest I can see her is October 22. How is this preventative care when you have to wait over a month to see anyone?
I've been using this well med for a year now and won't be back. I've been to the one in Desoto as well. When you need to get a hold of someone ,Noone answers the phone. Or they don't call you back. I don't think they even know what they're doing. They can't even get my medication dosage right. Not to mention the women who work the desk and answer the phones are rude. I see why they have a 3.2 rating. But I try to give everyone a chance,and what a mistake that was. I don't recommend this one or the desoto one. The best of luc... read more
