I called to make an appointment for an annual checkup, nothing out of the ordinary, just a routine physical. The person on the phone scheduled it with the PA. When I went to the appointment the paperwork read that it was an annual physical. When the PA saw me she asked if there was anything I was worried about, so I told her that my knee had been hurting and that I sometimes got a rash around my neck.
