Wellman Plumbing cleared a stubborn clogged drain in our house recently. We were impressed with the knowledge of the plumbers who worked on our project, and more importantly, the way they communicated throughout the process. Wellman employees showed up on time, explained the nature of what they found, respected the space and did a great job of cleaning up after the job was completed. Yikes. Took two calls to attempt to get a bid arranged. Then, two phone calls the day of the bid with a very abrupt gentleman who was upset that he couldn't move my scheduled appointment time due to a work meeting I already had on the calendar. He ended up being a no-show for the bid, which in the end - was the best part of this experience. One star is generous. I'll also be contacting the firm who recommended them to share this experience, and suggest they be removed from their referrals. I'd keep looking if I were you.
Terrible service constantly cut me off and refused to listen wouldn't use them except on a barn with no plumbing
