Wellis stored my hot tub for me when we moved. When the steps and cover lifter accessories went missing, Sarah shipped me new ones. Dave is a wealth of knowledge on water chemistry, cover lifter installation, and replacement covers.
Bought a used floor model and happy with the purchase. Delivery went smoothly and although we had a small issue with the tub it was fixed quickly in less than a week. Thank you Dave and the delivery team!
Top notch customer service! If you are in the market for a spa, do not forget to stop in and talk to Dave. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest and patient with all of our questions...we spent many hours researching and coming back in with questions, and he answered them all. We have been waiting since September 2025 to have two items corrected. The lights quit working and one of the controls buttons doesn’t work. I asked Dave to have the maintenance manager contact me. No contact, no action, no calls back. I am convinced they are dragging the issue out until the issues are no longer under warranty. Very frustrated with the (lack of) service after the sale.
Bought a great floor model tub. Got it a couple days ago and David kept all his promises. The delivery team had to get it through some tight spots but managed very well. Shout out to the delivery team Jessie, De Ron, Mauricio, and Justen. Customer service has been great before during and after.
