If I could give zero stars, I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. We purchased a hot tub over two months ago. We were told it was tested before delivery. It was not. Immediately, only half the jets worked and the lights didn’t work. It’s been over 6 weeks with absolutely no progress. The parts are missing (they were torn out by their own employees), and they haven’t been replaced. We know other customers are going through the same. I've been to this location at least a dozen times during their posted business hours and they're just not ever open. I call all the numbers and nobody answers. When you can randomly catch a person in the store they are wonderful. It is super frustrating to drive across town only to find that they are once again not open during their own posted business hours.
The best place to buy a hot tub. Sales person was so much nicer than the aggressive one across the street and they throw in all the extras for free that competitors charge $$$ for. Delivery team is very friendly and professional with excellent communication.
NEVER BUY A WELLIS HOT TUB. Within 5 years you will find the seals on almost every jet will degrade and the tub will be unusable without a complete overhaul and reseal of your jets. The connection of the jets to the spa body were all basically hand tightened and it was obvious Wellis are just building these at speed without quality. Even if a professional spa repair person came to help you, the arrangement of the jest make repair nearly impossible.
