Dave is very helpful. We had issues with delivery but he worked the best for us and we understand that with such an expensive purchase we have to be patient. Dave made sure we were treated right. We visited almost all spa places in Colorado Springs and also the home and garden show. Almost 70% were very friendly and helpful but when it came to availability,, price, features we selected Wellis. It's not the cheapest but offered value worth the money. Customer friendly reliable service. Very knowledgeable about hot tubs. Very dependable and quick to service equipment to get back to operational state.
Dave was very helpful with finding us an affordable hot tub. While in the store he didn't try to up-sell us, he showed us exactly what we were looking for. He was also very knowledgeable with how the hot tubs work. It was important to me to not have chlorine or any other chemical that would irritate my sensitive skin. The product he recommended lives up to the hype. You don't feel like you just got out of the pool after, there is no scent. He even came to our home to show us how it all worked.
Dave Murphy was very helpful and figured out my problem straight away!
