We went into purchase a new cover for our wells hot tub. The gentleman that assisted Seem to be in a hurry.We had to ask several questions.He didn't seem to want to answer. We paid cash for the cover.That was over 4 months ago.We've made multiple multiple calls constantly.Gonna answer a machine spoke to a person one time promise they would get back to us the next day.Never did that was 3 weeks ago.We've left multiple messages.Since then, still don't have our hot tub.Cover still don't have a refund.So i'm not sure about this ... read more
I had an issue with my wellis hot tub that was out of warranty. They were very aware that the repairs were not cheap but they did everything in their power to keep it as reasonable as possible. As a small buisness owner I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a client
Dave was a pleasure the minute we walked in very welcoming very knowledgeable and attentive, customer service was excellent.
Great service, Dave was awesome. Had my tub for a year and a half. Heater went out. Contacted the store. Dave came out same day determined it was the heater he came the next day repaced it under warranty. Love this tub we use it all the time.
