Former resident. Our family paid the bill to close out our account with them when we left 5 years ago. We have the receipt that showed it was fully paid off. However, they "accidentally" sent our paid off bill to a collection agency. Our credit scores got cratered, and now i have debt collectors calling multiple times a day for this place's mistakes. Do not trust these people with your money, they will ruin you financially, and they refuse to do anything about it.
Im very happy to be avle to get mu own place and thanks to Jayra for being professional and all her help. Im so in love with my apartment. Thank you all.
