Scam scam scam!!!! Upon your application fee you’re required to pay a $150 holding fee. If you cancel or get denied you have to wait 30 days to get the $150 Holding fee back. THEN they mail you a check… knowing you’re in the process Of moving so how inconvenient is that? Let’s see how much longer it takes to get my refund back. They never disclosed any of this prior to applying. So be careful what you’re walking in to. It takes them a week or so to respond to emails and they have no phone number that I can find to speak with... read more

Terrible place to live. Might look nice on the outside but outdated and run down in the inside. Maintenance is a joke. Staff will lie to you. They staff are rude and look down on you once you sign the lease. Place is infested with cockroaches . You will fond them every were including inside your fridge. Difficult to get anything repaired as Maintenance does not know what they are doing and don't care. Will wait forever to get them to come to your apartment.

This is the worth place l ever have lived in. The staff are fake. Matience spend most of there time going threw the garbage to retreive items teanents threw out for there personal use. There is a coachroach infestation that management brushes off as nothing. The appliances must be 40 years old. There is mold in the bathroom cabnets. At night time you can smell marijuana from the neighbors. Police are here on a regular basis. Don't recommend moving here. It was the worst mistake to ever move here.
