This is such a good walk-in clinic. Leanne is always welcoming and sweet, and the doctors are good.
I am absolutely shocked by the bad review for the receptionist! She is the most amazing human I’ve ever seen super kind and friendly, and really made the clinic a better place and experience!! Kudos to her. Overall amazing clinic always get my things done in less than 30 minutes
While waiting at the clinic this afternoon, I witnessed the most disturbing display of behaviour by a very aggressive man toward the clinic staff. The man had the audacity of announcing he was writing a review to the entire waiting room and I felt the need to defend the clinic. Not only did he let his unsupervised young children run wild while he was outside on his phone, causing the automatic door to open and close a ridiculous amount of times, his children were poorly behaved and disrupted the entire clinic and pharmacy. Rudest receptionist ever. Let me know if she wants to fight lol.
The receptionist was extremely rude! She had an awful attitude and was very snarky. Yelling at me to put my phone away when she was asking me information I didn’t know off by heart. I couldn’t believe it how rude she was. No wonder it was empty in there! Will never be coming back! So disappointed
