The receptionist was extremely rude! She had an awful attitude and was very snarky. Yelling at me to put my phone away when she was asking me information I didn’t know off by heart. I couldn’t believe it how rude she was. No wonder it was empty in there! Will never be coming back! So disappointed

I found her manner to be rude and dismissive, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a patient. Additionally, I observed a concerning difference in how she interacted with patients.
