I am a new patient. My new braces aren't fun, but Wellington Village Orthodontics made it easier for me in many ways. They explain everything, are open to questions, never keep me waiting, and have a fun point system to earn cool rewards such as gift cards for taking care of your teeth and braces properly. I would recommend them.

I’m nearing the end of my braces treatment, and overall it’s been a good experience. The staff has been professional, and appointments are usually on time. Communication could be a bit clearer at times, but they’ve always answered my questions when I asked. It’s great due to the proximity to my middle school as well. The results so far look promising, and I’m happy with how my teeth are turning out. There were a few minor issues along the way, but nothing major. My son has been visiting Dr. Picard for the last 7-8 months, and has had a dramatic improvement in his teeth. Initially, he had a very substantial overbite with his front teeth protruding forward. They’ve already been mostly corrected and he is happy with his smile for the first time in years. The team that works on his teeth are thoughtful and caring, and although he sometimes has trepidation before an appointment, they do everything they can to make sure he is comfortable. I am nearing the end of my braces journey, and I couldn’t have asked for a better orthodontist. My smile has really transformed thanks to Dr. Picard and her expertise. The expander was a little bit scary at first but I got used to it quite fast! I actually liked the look of braces on me, and I loved how I could change my elastic colours to match the seasons or my favourite colour combinations! Thank you Dr. Picard and team for all you’ve done for me. :)
