I have lived at Wellington Square for 12 years. I have had no problems to report on. Plenty of parking and very quiet. Any maintenance requested is taken care of in a timely manner. Any maintenance reported concerning outside of my apartment, like the laundry room or a light out in the stairway,is also timely taken care of.
Had to move out because we could not tolerate the smell of cigarettes and weed.
I toured a few properties Lobos had to offer, Marisa at Wellington Square was amazing! Answered every question I had, was very kind and compassionate, very nice and affordable apartments.
