I take my mom to the Kentucky office. The doctor is very nice. However, once you leave the office, you can’t penetrate the office stuff if you need anything. When we need refills, we start calling a month in advance because it takes 8 to 20 calls to get anyone to call you back. They tell you they are going to call you back every time you call, but they don’t.… Ever. It’s the most frustrating thing ever. We will be looking for a new specialist soon because this is beyond ridiculous. .
