Fine Dining I have been to this restaurant several times. My company has also had our department Christmas party there. The food is prepared in a very appealing manner and every time my meal was great., It is a bit pricey. Love the dark wood and the library looking decor. I think it is the classiest restaurant in Green Bay and I have experienced the finest cuisine while living in San Francisco fo 11 years. Yummy You have to try their special fillet mignon wrapped in a puff pastery with four types of cheeses imbedded in this entrie. The wine list her is varied with something to fit everyone. PROS: romantic location CONS: a little pricey

Planning the reception with Mary was hands down the most stressful part of my wedding. She did not keep track of appointments we had to meet with her, she would tell me to call at a certain time and then wasn't there, she couldn't tell me until the day before whether we were able to get in on Friday night to decorate. This was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had in Green Bay. Horrible service and very poor experience. Not a good value for the price. 1. We had a party of 6 and were seated 40 minutes after our reservation time of 6:40pm. The only reason we were seated at all was because we had to go and ask what the delay was. When doing so, they had us marked as seated already, which we were not. 2. Once seated we waited a full 10 minutes for the waitress to get us water (no exaggeration). 3. I've now been here a few times for business events... has never disappointed me or my guests yet with it's tremendous food. We all thought we found a new place we wanted to repeat coming back to.

I think The Wellington is a wonderful place. The food is the best in town. They have a great atmosphere and yet with the divider screens make it feel like like it's more intimate. The service is great along with the servers. It's warm, friendly and very professional. I would reccommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy a night out on the town. The prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of food they have.

have been here several times, food always exceeds our expectations as far as flavors & presentation. the dining room atmosphere is a bit fuddy-duddy, but i would prefer it and its delicious food to a more visually appealing place with substandard fare. high quality food items, creatively prepared. we don't always think to recommend wellington, but consider this a jewel we'll keep to ourselves. lucky you if you found this review and choose to sup at the wellington. very enjoyable wine list, as well. thank you wellington, and ... read more
