Do not sign a lease with Wellington properties! The employees are unprofessional, rude con artists. I was going to rent an apartment from Wellington, however they were unresponsive to our questions about the apartment, included unreasonable terms in the lease, and voided our lease when we asked simple questions. Throughout the whole process they were disrespectful. We dodged a bullet not signing with them.
