Nice place but believe that the rent should not be as much as it is for how much window leaks and management doesn't get them fixed! An can't even have out door play areas for the small children don't have to be kept in doors all year around if the parent cannot find enough time in the day to have to travel away from the place to do anything outside!!! Don't really think it's really a fair deal, they should really be more flexible an considerate to these parents and Children!
My fiancee and I moved here in October and fell in love immediately. Our land lady has been very helpful and very understanding, our complaints being taken into consideration immediately. Our neighbors can be a little noisy sometime sure but when you move into an apartment you run that risk anyways, ESPECIALLY when your neighbors have kids
