I’ve really enjoyed living in this community! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. It’s clear they take pride in the property—the whole complex was recently painted, the pool was completely renovated, and the grounds are always beautifully landscaped and well-kept. Wellington Place is an amazing apartment. I did the tour and I was impressed with how immaculate it is kept. Linda, the leasing officer, is awesome!! She worked speedily to ensure my advisee who is an international teacher get situated.
LINDA has been and exceptional help in me obtaining my apartment. She went above and beyond in this and I am very appreciative of her. She knows what she is doing and she has great customer service.
