Maintenance guy is wonderful very helpful and humble.
Not only have there been constant day long water shut offs, but now, they have left actual raw sewage on the path to my apartment. The dog park is flooded with dog poop. No one cleans up after their animals around the complex, the second pool is a literal biohazard, and the laundry room is consistently disgusting. The maintenance of the property is LAUGHABLE! I pay nearly $1500 a month(thanks to yearly rent increases, so don’t expect anything for being a long term resident… or upgrades to show for the rent increases.) and yo... read more
