I've been living here for a few months now. It's been 80+ degrees indoors for weeks now. I've filed multiple maintenance requests and they say since it technically has moving air, they don't have to do anything. I spoke to Ray in the office and said this in inhumane, and I was told that legally they don't have to do anything (this is because I brought up that the apartments are in violation of city ordinances). The pool is closed most of the year I’m going on my second year there and the pool closed early last year and has yet to open this year they shouldn’t even include it as an amenity as it’s rare that you can use it. Car broken into multiple times. Dryer was broken took over 5 months to be repaired I asked to be discounted on the washer dryer charge since I had to go to the laundromat to do my laundry during all that time was not discounted didn’t even bother to respond to my concern.
