Wellington Place is so welcoming from the warm greetings when you walk into the beautiful clubhouse to the very spacious homes that are so nice! Stacey made sure all of our questions were answered and made us feel like family
My family and I have called Wellington Place our home for the last 5 + years. We absolutely love it! The office and maintenance staff are amazing. They’re kind, professional, and address any concerns quickly and thoroughly. There is very little staff turnover which, to me, says a lot about the property management. Moving in to a townhouse in a couple of weeks with my family. So far very impressed with the leasing staff and how they’re guiding us through the process. Also had a chance to text with a current resident about their experience which helped! Looking forward to joining the community.
