I lived here for a year and overall it wasn't bad. However, I would hear mice in the walls of my apartment and when I told the front office / maintenance about it, all they did was set traps up outside of my apartment. Additionally when I moved out the apartment complex I had left it in better condition than when I had moved in. When I moved in there was trash in my apartment, bugs everywhere, and a weird smell that took me months to get rid of. I have lived here for 4 years and I love this place so much! Alfredo especially is always so great, friendly and professional! He always cleans up after himself and does such a great job!! We appreciate him and the rest of the maintenance team so much! This place is the best!
Wellington Place is so welcoming from the warm greetings when you walk into the beautiful clubhouse to the very spacious homes that are so nice! Stacey made sure all of our questions were answered and made us feel like family
My family and I have called Wellington Place our home for the last 5 + years. We absolutely love it! The office and maintenance staff are amazing. They’re kind, professional, and address any concerns quickly and thoroughly. There is very little staff turnover which, to me, says a lot about the property management.
