Moving in to a townhouse in a couple of weeks with my family. So far very impressed with the leasing staff and how they’re guiding us through the process. Also had a chance to text with a current resident about their experience which helped! Looking forward to joining the community.
I lived here for 3 years the leasing team was phenomenal in helping me and my wife find a place in such a short time. Stacy is the best is the biz, she is knowledgeable, friendly and truly cares about the community. The maintenance is very responsive and know what they're doing, and the apartments themselves are so grand, with very nice appliances. I'm proud to say I'm a homeowner now, but saying goodbye to Wellington was kind of a bitter moment for me. You'll love it here.
I stopped in without a tour this weekend and Stacey was more than accommodating. She heard all of our wants and needs, gave me a tour of the entire community and answered any questions I had with detail. We look forward to becoming residents in the future!
