This new manager needs more training on USDA. He like to circle around on questions because he is not qualified to answer them. He’s demographics show 1% of white non Hispanic Muslim women. He was very aggressive. When I asked him why he is not following fair housing? When I applied I was lied into paying the $75 and told I was next for a 1 bedroom. My experience at Wellington Park has been a blessing. In the beginning when I applied and was called from the waiting list after a year and 5 months, Jessica has been very helpful, knowledgeable and very professional throughout my entire experience.
