The maintenance man Scotty is really good Fast and Efficient Called maintenance because garbage disposal Stopped working Scotty came over had to reset While here he had three door stops to put on I just bought three new blinds to replace but could not put up while here Scotty put up For me THANKS SCOTTY
I would absolutely give this place a 0! They never got anything fixed in a timely manner and when we loved out they kept some of the deposit for some of the dumbest stuff ever. They charged us for light bulbs that they should have replaced. They charged us for blind replacement when the blinds didn’t need to be replaced at all. Also charged us for a drip pan and a bunch of other stuff that didn’t need to be replaced. So I would strongly suggest going else where would be much better than this.
