I have lived here for two years and it is my first time living in an apartment building. It has been a really enjoyable experience. I have moved both my parents into the building. Maintenance requests have always been done in a timely manner and the other tenants have been a joy to be around. Of course there are your expected issues but the staff has done their best to treat everyone fairly. Highly recommended.
I’ve read a lot of the reviews about Wellington One and honestly some of them feel a little over the top. My experience has been pretty normal for an apartment building. The building itself is fine and management generally handles things when issues come up. Like anywhere with a lot of residents, the real difference comes down to the people living there. Decent apartments. Quiet neighborhood.
I’ve been living over at Wellington for more than ten years now. In that time I’ve seen the place have its good days and its not-so-good ones, same as any apartment building. Truth is, the biggest trouble in a place like this usually isn’t the building itself — it’s the neighbors who forget how to behave like decent folks. Take D.R., for example. I was woken up at 7:30 am 4-16-26 by work being done in the 3 month vacant apartment above me. This is so rude and disrespectful but they dont care. Grinding and digging into the floor corners. Using a loud saw and sander Its enough to send me into a panic attack as I suffer from severe anxiety. Molnar knew this but they dont care. Its all about them I have to run in to see if the water is still on as its turned off several times a week with little or no notice. I had high hopes for this place when I moved in.
