In my limited experience, I found them to be very honest and upfront about potential issues and the reality of such a repair. In my case, I was told he could certainly take a look at it however, based on the numerous issues I was experiencing that in his professional opinion, a new unit would be the most productive solution. We just got our snow blower back - I love the pick up and delivery option! Max was so great to work with. He always answered any questions I had in a timely manner and was very friendly while doing so. I found him to be very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful as well. I’m not the most mechanically inclined person, so he was able to explain things in a way I was able to understand. Pricing for the work we had done was fair and it didn’t take very long to complete.
