They are horrible. Office staff doesn’t care if you have a problem, and just blows you off. You have to call more than once if you actually want some things fixed and make sure it’s before 5 o’clock. When the guy actually does come to fix it, they only kind of fix it so that it’ll work while he’s there, but he will break again in a week. I have had to fix everything in my unit for it to actually get fixed.
