Really bad apartments. Some are nice from the inside but....i had mice in the winter there is always a lot of roaches. Landlord is really nice and helpful at first. After living there for a while if something breaks it wont get fixed for weeks or even months. The apartments are right behind the YMCA on 9th ave so there is always a lot of noise all day and night.
