Really quiet neighborhood with nice homes and amazing staff. Highly recommend.
As a 4yr resident, I absolutely love staying here. Relocating here was fast & easy and the staff kept me informed during the entire process. Since being here any issues I've had have been fixed sooo fast. And honestly , I've only had like 2-3 minor issues in my 4yrs staying here. **Another thing is I love the office staff , I can't say it enough, from their quick response time to the welcoming feeling I get each and everytime I step in the office. They are absolutely AWESOME!! **
Wellington Manor was my family’s home for a few years. We have a family a 4 with a fur baby. We had a 3 bedroom, it was SPACIOUS. Living in apartments most of my life, I can honestly say this is one of the biggest I’ve lived in. The maintenance men were always so friendly and full of information. The ladies in the office were helpful, kind, and so easy to talk to. Our children loved to play with their friends outside, as they had many quite a few in the complex. I lived at Wellington Manor Apartments for almost 10 years, and the only reason I left was because I bought a house. That alone should say a lot about my experience there. The maintenance team was absolutely top notch and always handled issues quickly and professionally. The front office staff are some of the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with and consistently made the community feel welcoming and cared for. We have called Wellington Manor home for 5 years now. We love this community and all the wonderful improvements that have been made, the office staff or more than that...they are like family to us. The office staff and maintenance crew have always been professional and kind to us, they are always there to help you whatever your needs may be.
