I found Dr. Hsu Dr.Larva and rest of team to be very efficient, knowledgeable. They listened and explained things. I could barely walk as the nerve in my leg was compressed from herniated disc and bone spur. After the S1-L5 fusion I could finally get back to heavy blue collar job and enjoy life again. The nerve takes time to heal/recover fully. I’m 6 months out of surgery and feel really good compared to before surgery. Nerve is 80-90% better. Dr. Wellington Hsu Appears to be uncaring and nonresponsive. He does not respond to MyChart messages when you make an appointment with him, he only wants to do it via telephone when you do schedule an appointment, he will call a different time and say he had free time and he would like to do it He refuses to honor the time that he scheduled I would not recommend him to anyone I’ve actually filed the complaint with Dr. Howard Chrisman The CEO Of Northwestern medicine about Dr. Wellington K Hsu
Dr. Hsu was the surgeon we had sought. After having just an awful experience with the spinal surgeons at Rush, we researched Chicago spinal surgeons more thoroughly. We reviewed their credentials and reviews. We thought we had found the best possible surgeon for my wife’s C3-C4-C5-C6 problems. After two operations and extensive repairs, we know that in fact we had found the best possible surgeon anywhere in the world at Northwestern Hospital.
In my opinion this doctor does not have patients in his best interest. RECORD YOUR SESSION WITH HIM SO IT CAN BE PRESENTED TO THE JUDGE OR ARBITRATOR!!Dr Hsu is an independent medical examiner for large companies who pay him to say accidents on the job did not cause current injuries. The front desk staff me informed me he usually cancel workmen comp appts and he really only accepts people with good commercial insurance. He lied about statements on my intake . He is for the high paying company not for the people. I will be go... read more
