This took me a lot to write ! I don’t ever like to leave negative reviews. We pay over 2,000 per month to live here , with no working washing machines , and now mice! What I was told about that was “ We get them in our own homes “ ! Interesting 🧐 Really? I didn’t ask for that kind of response!! Outdated. Rent goes up every year. The lease is very difficult to get out of when you are ready to move. Management doesn’t seem to care much about the people who live in the town homes
Very nice staff, corporate cares more about profit margins then suitable living conditions.
When your rent has gone up $500 in 4 years and you have rats the size of a baseball cap crawling on your patio you know you screwed up on your rental choice.
