UNRELIABLE & UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY... I live behind this complex in a home where a dead/rotted tree from their property recnetly fell and damaged my fence. I tried calling nicely to ask if I could speak to the the Reional Manager (Lisa) to get their insurance info to see if they can cover the damages and she's coveniently not returned any of my calls .. I also had multiple friends that lived there that said they're horrible at fixing any issues that occur on their own propety in the townhomes...STAY AWAY!
Maintenance were awesome people, super respectful and responsive. Leasing office I can’t say much as I didn’t have tons of communication with but felt like some safety issues regarding neighbors were dismissed. Property itself is a hit or miss depending on neighbors (mine were obnoxious and loud which resulted in me leaving the community) Pros: Easy commute to work Patio for dog Gym access till 9pm Cons: Outdated units Water leaks Broken AC for my first month I moved in Mice and pests which were treated once reported Cold dr... read more
Wellington claims to be luxury apartments and living however it is very very far from that, the units are super run down and ancient nothing works. The doors dont shut the slider doesnt open or close the glass is separated from the frame, some windows open others do not. The dishwasher leaks and they refuse to fix it. The washer doesnt clean anything at all the dryer isn't any better, one of the toilets doesnt flush.
