Very nice staff, corporate cares more about profit margins then suitable living conditions.
When your rent has gone up $500 in 4 years and you have rats the size of a baseball cap crawling on your patio you know you screwed up on your rental choice.
Leasing office starting off was great starting off, had a leaky faucet after 6 months and maintenance was quick and a good time while they were here. Seems like a 5 star experience to me!

It’s actually impressive how bad this place is. Please don’t rent from Dawn Homes. Good luck if anything breaks or needs repair it will not get done for months. Rent is out of control for extremely outdated housing. Don’t be fooled by the 4 redone places they show and have pictures of online.
