Dr McConvey has been my doctor for 22 years he is amazing and goes above and beyond for his patients. Unfortunately the secretaries can be quite rude. It always seems like you're bothering them and everything is a hassle especially when you have to make numerous phone calls. I'm absolutely positive if Dr McConvey knew the way the way that they talk to his patients he would be very upset. over booked and extremely hard to get in and talk to your own doctor
I've been dr Mcconveys patient for 32 years + he's very thoroughly and understanding, he looks in to every issue. Very good bed side manner, his nurse Linda is awesome. The Lady that's answering the phone now is very pleasant and understanding. All the staff over the years are great let's face it you need great staff to run a great Dr's office
