We have been at our house for over a year now. We are extremely happy with our purchase! The sub feels far enough from a city life, but yet everything is close. We had concerns about the smell from the trash hill and noise from the freeway. Don’t smell anything or hear anything from either! We like the one way in and one way out options. This place offers so many floor plans that anyone looking should be able to find their dream home! Sub feels like a sub. People wave and stop and talk. Neighbors are friendly helpful!

Beautiful sub once you get past the first few houses at the entrance. Secluded enough so it’s quiet. In a great school district. We signed to build in February, and then the world was shut down due to COVID. However, as soon as it opened up, they’ve been working like crazy. The builders real estate agent, Theresa, is great. She’s been texting us progress pictures because we’re living an hour away while our house is built and can’t get there ourselves as much as we’d like. Great floor plans. I chose not to purchase here because of the proximity to the Taylor compost center. In the summertime this whole area reeks of hot garbage. To add insult to injury the model home I previewed lacked craftsmanship. Almost nothing was square and most of the trim work was sloppy. Otherwise it has a great location close to South Taylor shopping and easy access to I-75. There is a lot of new construction in this development with a generous variety of models to choose from. However at this price point there are much better options ... read more
