My wife and I have been tenants in Wellington Court Apartments for over 3 years. We really enjoy the cleanliness, upkeep and quiet throughout the building. The concrete building ensures we hear very little from our neighbours. The current property managers are making great improvements and it shows in the overall property. Very pleased so far!
I moved here 3 years ago and am very happy that I did. It is in a good location and the building is lovely-well cared for with beautiful trees, shrubs and flowers surrounding the property. There are patios or decks with each unit. It is an adult building and no pets allowed. The staff (Shaunalee, Larry, Dave and Jane are incredible). I am so pleased to have found Wellington Court. I decided to downsize and sell my home. No more lawns to cut or snow to shovel. After I was given a tour I was sold!. Wellington is so clean, classy and Quiet. All the neighbours are always so friendly. The management team have been so kind and helpful. Now that I have been at Wellington for three years I am continually amazed and grateful for the outstanding service and care staff display. Our last team retired. A concrete and steel constructed building, makes for a very quiet apartment. Apartments are always repainted and prepared in an as new condition. The amenities are more than adequate and always kept very clean. It is a mature residency and the building managers are great to deal with and always very attentive and pleasant to deal with. This building is the best value for the dollar in Edmonton. It is my sanctuary.
My wife and I are in our 8th year living here and are still thoroughly enjoying our home. We have always found the staff to be courteous, professional, efficient, and friendly. Any concerns or issues, of which have been extremely few, have always been addressed promptly. The building, grounds, underground, and outside parking area are exceptionally maintained year-round. Highly recommend :)
