Buckle up: After taking some time to reflect and calm. I'm finally ready to write my review, as this took way to long to resolve, and is still really not and I’m still pretty pissed about it. I was side swiped by a transport truck, thankfully, no one was injured. The staff are amazing. They are very friendly and create a comforting environment. Everything was quick and easy. The mechanics called before making decisions on my behalf, everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable. My car was ready in the time they said it would be and I've had no issues with it after getting it back. These people will go the extra mile in the name of customer service, I would highly recommend WCC!
Very pleased with my experience here. Alora was outstanding to deal with - very quick to respond and willing to help. The repair quality makes my car look like new. Highly recommend.
