I had a service appointment today at Wellington Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the desk clerk (you’ll know exactly who I mean — the one with the accent!) was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. First impressions matter, and he absolutely set the tone. Professional, friendly, and made the whole check-in process smooth and easy. Service was fairly quick to what I have had in the past - tech didn’t listen/forgot/didn’t hear me tell him on drop off the filters were in the front seat, which were still sealed on pick up and unused which led to a slightly higher then expected bill, however they were easy to communicate with via text and had other filters changed. So - so experience. Expensive as any dealer ship is for the work that was done.
As Always a treat to get my dodgy serviced. They know what they do.. and they excel in understand the pulse of any Dodge Thanks to the Able mechanics, Cool Dean, John,Lindsay and Mr Perfect Steve!!
