Horrible customer service!!! My husband took my car in on Wednesday morning at 8:30am to have the timing belt changed and the suspension checked. Only received one call about changing the oil that day. Called on Thursday at noon to see if it was done, my husband was told that our car was next in line. We knew they were busy so we gave them more time and called back today(Friday). The car still hadn't been touched! Went to pick up the car, because they obviously did not want our business. Shitty work. Had my 05 Saturn ion worked on. Needed a new cv joint. 6 months later broke down. Took to Bill Harris in Ashland Ohio and they pulled it back out and found that nothing lined up correctly. I do NOT recommend this place. They use autozone parts and or junkyard parts.
