owners dont pay enough attention to this place – Ok I read here what the owners have to say!!! Great apartment, awful office staff – I love my apartment and the area. I can have my dog and turtle with no problems. The office stuff though, are awful. We have lived here since March 2010 and three times we have been sent late rent notices that were in erros. The first time they claimed that they had mixed us up with another apartment. The next two times, we had paid the rent four and three days before it was due and they LOST the record of it. We had to bring them the recipt to prove we had paid. WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!!!!! – Last August my family decided to move into Wellington apartments. We were excited because it seemed that the apartments were nice; they had a fireplace, walk in closets, washer and dryer, and most important, they allowed pets. Once we moved in, it seemed like the apartment was not move in ready. There were screens missing, the front door was REALLY dirty, there were holes in all of the walls, the fireplace looked like it had not been cleaned in years and the oven and refrigerator were nasty.
