Ann is a liar and money hungry. She’s the worst. I don’t know how she’s in management. I have always been paying rent on time and last month there was a problem that was out of my control when I was at work and blamed me for it. She gave me 10 days to move out when it is impossible to find something in 10 days and then I moved out on the 1st and lied that I was there after the 1st when all my stuff was out on the 1st. Please don’t stay at wellingtons apartments as long as Ann is working there.
I've been living at Wellington for a little bit over a year now and have had nothing but a great experience! Ann has been wonderful and prompt anytime I've had an issue, the few times I have. I've only needed maintenance to come out a few times and each time they've been quick and courteous! The apartment is spacious and price competitive with any other complexes around the area!
Decent
I've been at Wellington for 4yrs and it's a great neighborhood. Very quiet and close to schools for family. The townhomes are very spacious and Shane, as well as the other Maintenance men, do an excellent job maintaining the premises. The Leasing Manager Ann is always helpful, friendly, and has a smile on her face when I walk into the office. I just started my 3rd year living here and here is why: The property is well maintained and if a maintenance problem does come up it is handled quickly and professionally. Shane always gets to my issues quickly and with a smile. The townhomes are extremely quiet. I haven't heard a peep from my neighbors and they tell me that they can't hear me either.
