We have lived in Cary for almost 18 years and have had 3 dogs during that time, each went to what was Wellington Animal Hospital however it has since changed to CareFirst. The last two times we boarded our dog there he came back with something wrong. This last time he was given back to us lethargic, paws red and raw not wanting to eat. Supposedly no one noticed even though he was examined and given shots while there. Today was my last visit and I would not recommend them, although I have been taking my dog there on and off for 9 years. They don't follow instructions and this time she came out smelling the same as she went in. My daughter returned her for a bath and they offered to dry shampoo her as girl said that bathing twice would dry out her skin! Despite two visits today; I don't believe that she ever was bathed, unless you can now buy doggy odor shampoo.
