David Wellinghoff sold my home in Cincinnati and he did a first class job. He delivered on price, was efficient, diligent and always courteous. I would highly recommend him.
OMG!!!!!!!! if you totally want to get ripped off in your real estate dealing go with David Wellinghoff. He convinces the elderly to sign contracts with 13% commissions telling them “that’s the way things are now.” He should be reported to the board of realtors for the scarm he uses on the elderly.
