Absolutely unacceptable care!! I brought in my very sick, underweight cat who wasn’t eating. Instead of diagnosing the problem, they planned dental extractions. During a blood draw, my cat—who NEVER complains—was screaming in pain, yet no urgency or further workup was done. I was told to come back in 3 days. I went to another vet 12 hours later—she was diagnosed with cancer. Had I followed their plan, my cat would have undergone an invasive procedure while critically ill. Very responsive and excellent care for my cat.
The entire staff was great and very nice. The veterinarian diagnosed the problem and provided the medication.
I’ve been taking my dog here since he was eight weeks old (since 2020) and they’ve always taken good care of him. Dr Ryan removed a suspicious mass on my boy’s leg two weeks ago and was super informative and very caring. Thank you WellHaven!
