We really enjoyed working with John Nesbitt at Wellesley Volkswagen. He's friendly, knowledgeable, patient and thorough. Ray Hovsepian, our sales manager, was also easy to do business with. I could not possibly be happier with Wellesley VW. I worked with John Nesbitt and he far exceeded my expectations- (which were high considering the other dealers I visited were blatantly offensive and sexist). John was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We bought the new 2017 Golf (Wolfsburg Edition). The customer service by Kevin Mullin was excellent, both before purchase and upon picking up the car. He knows the models inside and out and was able to answer all our questions so that we left the dealership feeling confident in our purchase decision. Would recommend.
